In the role ofSenior Associate you will join theCorporate Property SAteamthatsdoubling down oncustomer obsession and winning together.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for structuring transactions and preparing credit submissions employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to Credit.
- Manage between Client Coverage Team CME Product Partners and client support teams to achieve a seamless client experience.
- Be responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
- Attend internal and external stakeholders meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
- Provide guidance/coaching to analysts and associates where required.

- Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Business or Finance or a related discipline
- A passion for the Corporate Property sector
- Extensive professional experience in the financial industry
- Excel modelling and deal structuring skills
- Broad C&IB product knowledge and industry insight
- Previous experience successfully managing internal stakeholders
