Responsibilities
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with data entry and record management
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings
Prepare reports and administrative documentation
Provide professional front-office support when required
Ensure office supplies are stocked and inventory is maintained
Assist leadership and academic staff with administrative tasks
Qualifications :
