Job Summary

SkillBridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations at our Baton Rouge location. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a structured environment and values efficiency accuracy and teamwork.

The Office Clerk will be responsible for maintaining organized records assisting with internal communications and ensuring smooth office functionality. This position is essential to the continued success and professional presentation of our institution.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist with data entry and record management

  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings

  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation

  • Provide professional front-office support when required

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and inventory is maintained

  • Assist leadership and academic staff with administrative tasks


Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software
