Job Summary
The Clumpies Partner provides excellent guest service while preparing and serving Clumpies food and beverages in a fun welcoming environment. This role supports Rock City Enterprises mission by delivering high-quality products maintaining cleanliness standards and creating memorable guest experiences. Under the direction of the Clumpies Manager the Clumpies Partner performs the following duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers in alignment with Rock City Enterprises mission culture and values.
- Model appropriate guest and partner interactions at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and all standard cashier duties.
- Prepare and serve Clumpies food and beverages including scooping ice cream serving baked goods and preparing assorted beverages.
- Communicate details about Clumpies Ice Cream ingredients and production processes to guests.
- Assist with restocking supplies and products as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean organized and guest-ready shop environment.
- Follow health codes and food safety standards to maintain a high health score.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
- Cash register experience is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Outgoing friendly personality with a passion for providing excellent guest service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
- Ability to convey a professional engaging image to guests and partners.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write basic reports or correspondence.
- Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division using U.S. currency.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability to work nights weekends holidays and special events.
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of hands and fingers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to stoop kneel or crouch frequently.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
