The impact youll have:
Reporting to the Director of Territory Sales the Regional Manager will help shape the vision sales strategy and direction for the SLED Territory team. They will lead a team of 810 sellers operating in both remote and hybrid environments driving hardware software and services growth across existing and prospective customers while fostering a highperforming motivated sales organization.
The Regional Manager will support the expansion of key vendor partnerships and oversee the effective management and optimization of team OPEX. They will collaborate closely with leaders across the broader SLED Unified teamas well as with vendor partner leadershipto maximize customer engagement and achieve key performance targets including field margin contract growth rep participation and NPS.
Additionally the Regional Manager will serve as a critical Sales Stakeholder on crossfunctional initiatives ensuring the unique requirements of the SLED business and customer base are effectively represented and planned for.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in is $75360 to $113040.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including location experience skill set education and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
