As our new Product Manager (m/f/d) you will take end-to-end ownership of a defined product area within our monitoring platform. Your responsibility is to translate product strategy into a clear roadmap and a well-prioritized backlog that enables your team to deliver meaningful user value continuously.
You will work closely with engineering UX and domain experts to deeply understand the technical landscape and user needs. Based on this understanding you will define problems worth solving make trade-off decisions and ensure that each increment contributes to a coherent and scalable product vision. Your goal is to ensure users can effortlessly see and understand exactly whats happening across their entire stack before an actual failure occurs. Heres what your journey with us will look like:

As our new Product Manager (m/f/d) you will take end-to-end ownership of a defined product area within our monitoring platform. Your goal is to ensure users can effortlessly see and understand exactly whats happening across their entire stack before an actual failure occurs. Heres what your journey with us will look like:
- Enhance the monitoring of technologies(OS networking cloud etc.) with a specific focus on simplifying setup discovery and analysis workflows within the UI.
- As Product Owner for your development teamown the end-to-end experience for new and reworked features from discovery and implementation to documentation internal enablement and measurable adoption.
- Partner closely with our UX designersto translate complex technical requirements into cohesive product solutions that enable users to act with confidence and clarity.
- Work closely with our usersto understand their mental models and ensure the product interface provides helpful out-of-the-box insights for their specific domains.
- Serve as a subject-matter expertfor both the technical depth and the frontend capabilities of the product guiding internal teams on best practices.
- Dive deep into Checkmkto handle 3rd level support tickets jointly with our developers guiding them when product decisions are needed
- Ensure strategic focuswithin your product area by actively managing and prioritizing the backlog facilitating stakeholder alignment and making transparent trade-off decisions to optimize value delivery.
Your profile
- Proven track record as a (Technical) Product Manager or Product Owner with a strong affinity for UX.
- A detective mindset for technical issues combined with a user-centered mindset for how to solve them in the user interface.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services and the ability to bridge the gap between technical backends and intuitive frontend requirements.
- Familiarity with monitoring or DevOps software is a significant advantage as it helps you immediately empathize with our users technical challenges
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex backend data into meaningful user-facing information.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to act as a bridge between deep-dive engineering and user-centric design (German is a plus).
