Job Summary
Are you passionate about driving strategic initiatives and delivering cross-functional projects that create a real financial impact At SIXT we are building a new Actuarial Risk Steering team which will have a high-impact function dedicated to preventing and reducing financial losses across fraud theft bad debt and damage. As a Project Manager (m/f/d) you will lead the integration of risk scoring models into SIXTs production systems: from the online booking funnel to counter software coordinating between Finance Tech and Operations to turn risk insights into live business actions. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead the end-to-end integration of risk scores and related business actions into production systems including the online booking funnel counter software and operational workflows
- You coordinate between Actuarial Risk Steering Data Science Tech and Operations to ensure seamless deployment of risk models and policies into live environments
- You develop project plans track milestones manage dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate risks across complex cross-functional implementations
- You facilitate workshops and alignment meetings with stakeholders across Finance Tech and Operations to define requirements priorities and delivery timelines
- You drive the rollout of risk policies and business actions ensuring adoption across all relevant touchpoints (booking check-in check-out payments)
- You monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have several years of experience in project or program management ideally in tech-driven environments with exposure to system integrations or digital product delivery
- Education You hold a university degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Hard Skills You are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid) and tools such as JIRA Confluence and MS Project
- Technical Affinity You are comfortable working with Tech and Product teams on system integrations API workflows and digital product rollouts; experience as a Product Owner is a strong plus
- Stakeholder Management You communicate clearly and confidently influence across Finance Tech and Operations without direct authority and align diverse teams effectively
- Language You are fluent in English proficiency in German is a strong plus
