OUR TEAM

In the Technical/Maintenance Engineering Department we aim to ensure equipment durability reliability and performance through strong engineering standards optimized maintenance strategies and continuous capability development across manufacturing operations.

MISSION

In this role you will:

• Lead reliability and standardization of fluid systems and equipment supporting Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SMQDC) objectives

• Manage daily technical activities including maintenance strategies machine technical parameters (MTP) breakdown analysis preventive plans and energy-saving initiatives

• Collaborate with production maintenance utilities and engineering teams to improve equipment durability optimize maintenance costs and enhance overall machine performance

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Fluid Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 25 years of experience in fluid systems piping processes utilities or industrial maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Ability to work cross-functionally in operational manufacturing environments

• Good communication skills in Thai and English

Technical Proficiency

• Knowledge of piping materials inline instrumentation pumps tanks control valve stations

• Ability to perform component sizing (pumps fans pipework pressure relief valves tanks) and thermal-hydraulic calculations

• Experience with P&ID interpretation and updates

• Understanding of Instrumentation & Control Functional Requirements DFD and FTP specifications

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and reliability concepts
