Job Summary
Role Summary:
- As a NCG (New College Graduate) Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors you will be instrumental in the development and validation semiconductor products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design implementation and execution of test solutions for various NXP technologies contributing to the quality and reliability of our next-generation devices.
Job Responsibility:
- Design develop and debug test programs test patterns for semiconductor devices.
- Perform product qualification characterization and release on ATE e.g. temperature characterization correlation R&R (MSC) etc.
- Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement including test cost reduction test coverage improvement test integral yield improvement test failure analysis etc.
- Control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process.
- Support fab/assembly/test center transfers new product introduction and volume ramp-up.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the testing process.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelors or Master degree in Electronic Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or Relate field.
- Strong analytical skills understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language e.g. Java/VBT / C programming.
- Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure.
- Will and ability to work with international teams and available for travelling oversea due to assignment.
