Description
Essential Job Functions:
ï Follows recipe specifications and maintains high quality and consistency.
ï Cooks in high volume and high quality environment.
ï Works from production sheets & recipes.
ï Has knowledge of basic soup and sauce production.
ï Follows directions of Sous Chef or Lead Cook (Cook III).
ï Works cooperatively with others under high stress.
ï Assists with food preparation.
ï Wears appropriate uniform - chef coat wardrobe issued pants socks slip resistant black shoes cook beanie and/or hair net.
ï Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
ï Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
ï Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed by a Chef.
ï Keeps and uses rotated food items using FIFO method (First In First Out).
ï Keeps refrigerators and dry storage clean & organized.
Job Qualifications:
ï Experience Required: Six months previous experience in kitchen production.
ï Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
ï Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others at all times; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations; basic knife skills.
