What You Can Expect:
- This position assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services.
- It encompasses surgical set-assembly processing inventory returns answering telephones maintaining a loaner system answering customer inquiries and various shipping and receiving functions.
How Youll Create Impact:
- Communicate with customers distributors and other individuals to answer questions disseminate or explain information take orders and address complaints.
- Manage merchandise within warehouse; including packing pulling shipping and receiving products.
- Assemble Medical equipment and implant sets - ensuring accurate product transfer within a systematic timeframe.
- Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers sizes colors and quantities of merchandise.
- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as processing credits or adjusting bills.
- Routine cycle-counts and audits of Biomet Microfixation inventory.
- Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners facsimile machines voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Operate and maintain Autoclave processes and functions; sterilize all incoming product.
- Review documents such as work orders bills of lading or shipping orders to route materials.
- Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.
