Job Description:

What You Can Expect:

This position assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services.
It encompasses surgical set-assembly processing inventory returns answering telephones maintaining a loaner system answering customer inquiries and various shipping and receiving functions.

How Youll Create Impact:

Communicate with customers distributors and other individuals to answer questions disseminate or explain information take orders and address complaints.
Manage merchandise within warehouse; including packing pulling shipping and receiving products.
Assemble Medical equipment and implant sets - ensuring accurate product transfer within a systematic timeframe.
Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers sizes colors and quantities of merchandise.
Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as processing credits or adjusting bills.
Routine cycle-counts and audits of Biomet Microfixation inventory.
Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners facsimile machines voice mail systems and personal computers.
Operate and maintain Autoclave processes and functions; sterilize all incoming product.
Review documents such as work orders bills of lading or shipping orders to route materials.
Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.

Work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Stay organized / detail oriented. Must have computer literacy to include proficiency in MS Excel MS Outlook and MS Word.
Maintain focus on teamwork when performing individual tasks to achieve departmental goals.

Education:
Your Background:

High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years of previous customer service inventory or distribution experience.
Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to effectively function in a fast pace working environment.
Must be physically able to lift and/or move 30lbs.
Must be physically able to stand for 45-minutes at a time.
