The Opportunity

Adobe is driving strategic growth with global Private Equity (PE) Venture Capital (VC) and Sovereign Wealth (SWF) firms through its new go-to-market Adobe Private Capital (APC). The APC team partners with Operating Partners and Portfolio Companies to unlock transformative value using Adobes integrated Digital Experience and Digital Media technologies.

The APC Sales Operations Analyst will join a high-impact high-visibility team responsible for bringing analytical rigor strategic clarity and operational excellence to APC initiatives. This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights building scalable frameworks and optimising processes that accelerate pipeline generation value creation and revenue growth across PE/VC/SWF engagements.

What youll do

  • Analyse APC pipeline opportunity progression value hypotheses bookings deal velocity and key performance metrics to identify insights risks and opportunities that foster accelerated growth with PE/VC/SWF firms and their portfolios.
  • Build and maintain business health frameworks tailored to APC including pipeline coverage by priority portfolio company value realisation tracking engagement cadence win/loss patterns and APC-specific important metrics.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to strengthen APC operating rhythms improve governance models with portfolio companies and improve cross-functional alignment with Adobe sales services product and marketing teams.
  • Work in close partnership with APC Account Directors Analysts Finance Operations and BI teams to streamline workflows optimise CRM (SFDC and D365) usage for PE/VC/SWF tracking increase reporting visibility and raise dashboard efficiency.
  • Acquire in-depth expertise in APC analytics tools and processes. Join forces with BI teams to discover automation possibilities. Offer faster more reliable insights about portfolio potential and engagement progress.
  • Support critical APC business cadences including weekly pipeline & priority reviews monthly value creation check-ins quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles.
  • Lead and complete targeted operational and change initiatives end-to-end championing continuous improvement in how APC identifies engages and delivers value to portfolio companies.
  • Complete ad-hoc strategic and analytical projects that demand close cooperation across APC and global Adobe functions maintaining strong attention to detail and urgency.

What you need to succeed

  • 47 years experience in sales operations business operations strategy analytics or consultingideally within a SaaS/technology environment or with exposure to Private Equity Venture Capital or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau SQL and CRM systems are required. Salesforce experience is highly preferred. You must be able to manipulate and visualize data for both executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success translating data into business insights identifying trends/gaps/opportunities and influencing priorities and decisions.
  • Experience building or improving processes reporting frameworks or analytics capabilities to improve efficiency scalability or data quality.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous or large datasets in a fast paced matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication storytelling and collaborator management skillscapable of influencing across teams levels and geographies.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive curious and self-directed approach.
  • Passion for digital transformation enterprise software and crafting outstanding customer/partner outcomes.
