Your Impact:

As Director you are accountable for a large-scale engineering organization (approx. 200 FTE) covering Ambulatory SaaS solutions and core framework modules used across all AIS products.
You co-define and drive the strategic product technology roadmap for our cloud-based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with executive management.
You ensure that healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g. medical device regulations audits compliance) are consistently and rigorously embedded into product development.
You lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams continuously advancing scalability quality and innovation capability.
You represent the domain internally and externally build strong executive-level stakeholder relationships and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health-IT market.

Your Profile:

Long-standing leadership experience at Director / VP / CTO level in SaaS product development ideally with responsibility for large distributed organizations.
Exceptional academic credentials with a completed university degree and excellent grades preferably in computer science medical informatics engineering or a comparable technical field.
Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms; experience with healthcare regulations (e.g. medical devices audits certifications) is a strong advantage.
Excellent English skills with confidence in communicating in international contexts and with senior stakeholders; very good German skills are a plus.
Strategic mindset strong execution focus outstanding leadership capabilities and a proven ability to guide complex organizations through transformation.
