Job Summary

As a Dedicated Air Sales Representative you are a key growth driver for our strategic Air and LCL this front-line commercial role you actively generate new business develop critical trade lanes and deliver volumes that optimize asset utilization. You will win new customers build long-term relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding into our solutionsdirectly contributing to sustainable growth and the success of our core markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes

  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive lead generation using sales tools networks and market insights

  • Leverage relevant value propositions to sell tailored Air/LCL solutions

  • Prepare spot quotes and support larger RFQ opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with local product teams to ensure competitive pricing and volume growth

  • Successfully onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion

  • Cross-sell and upsell complementary services such as Customs and Haulage

  • Drive new business on strategic trade lanes aligned with asset optimization

  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations and customer service

  • Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams when required ensuring a seamless customer experience
