Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned marketing and communications professional to support our growth efforts by deepening client and prospect engagement across the financial services sector in Switzerland and Fürstentum Liechtenstein. You will lead the development and execution of regional events accountbased marketing (ABM) targeted campaigns and highquality client success storytelling to this dynamic region. You will work closely with sales product and global marketing teams to ensure the effective localization of global initiatives - strengthening client engagement and directly contributing to pipeline creation across key client and prospect accounts.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Develop and implement the CH/FL field marketing strategy in alignment with the regional head sales leadership and global marketing
  • Build trusted relationships with sales to jointly define priorities support account plans and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Drive localized marketing impact through targeted field initiatives including regional events executive roundtables partner activities and client community programs
  • Lead endtoend event management (planning content logistics promotion followup) for owned and sponsored events
  • Develop and execute accountbased marketing (ABM) programs including tailored content outreach and experiences for priority accounts
  • Produce and curate client success stories testimonials and casestudy assets tailored to the CH/FL market
  • Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns assets and messaging to ensure relevance for regional audiences
  • Manage the CH/FL marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across programs
  • Track analyse and report on campaign and event performance providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Established network within the CH/FL financial ecosystem including media partners conference organisers and industry stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B marketing or the financial services sector is a strong advantage
  • In-depth understanding of the CH/FL region financial services landscape with a demonstrated ability to activate marketing initiatives in these markets
  • Proven track record in field marketing or regional marketing including event management ABM campaign localization and content creation
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and project management skills with proficiency in English and German is a strong advantage
