负责本部门所有人员的招聘管理及工作指派
负责对所有维保人员业务技能专业知识的指导和培训
负责对维保工作进行检查考核工作
负责组织向用户提供正确使用和保养设备的培训服务
负责组织搜集市场信息做好用户抱怨的处理工作
负责公司维保电梯维保及大修合同的签订工作
负责公司在保产品的档案管理工作
负责公司维保站点的申请与管理工作
负责公司配件库的出入库及配件申请管理工作
负责公司工程转维保产品的交接及方案规划
负责公司委托供方资源选定与发包结算工作
责公司服务绩效的统计与发放工作
负责系统信息的审批与其它费用的申请工作
完成公司临时性工作指派
负责公司关于服务业务质量体系的执行
负责完成分公司所辖范围内同电梯主管政府部门的联系沟通
