Overview
Ansible Government Solutions LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization this role you will provide seniorlevel oversight of a complex multiworkstream federal program supporting VAadministered benefits programs such as CHAMPVA Camp Lejeune Spina Bifida CWVV and the Foreign Medical Program. The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic alignment with VA priorities managing programlevel risk and ensuring successful execution across scope schedule budget and stakeholder engagement within a highly regulated federal environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead program integration across scope schedule budget and riskmaintainingmeticulous structure and documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the VHA VFMP executive team ensuring consistent communication and trusted client relationships.
- Drive proactivedecision makingidentifyingissuesearlyand implementing mitigation strategies.
- Overseeperformanceof project teams and ensure contract compliance.
- Facilitate governance reporting andexecutive levelpresentations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- PMP certification
- 10 years managing complex federal program portfolios
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit stand walk lift squat bend twist and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
