Job Title: SVP Risk Management - Credit Fraud and Pricing
Reports To: Chief Risk Officer

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading LendingPoints credit underwriting fraud prevention and
pricing strategy to drive profitable growth while managing risk exposure. This role oversees the
companys risk framework portfolio performance and compliance with applicable regulations and
partners cross-functionally to implement data-driven strategies that support business objectives
and investor expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide leadership over Credit Fraud and Pricing strategy establishing the vision long-term roadmap and risk appetite in alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
- Design approve and oversee enterprise-wide credit underwriting fraud prevention and pricing frameworks to optimize portfolio performance while balancing risk profitability and customer experience.
- Direct ongoing portfolio performance monitoring including credit losses fraud trends customer behavior and pricing outcomes; make strategic adjustments to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Evaluate macroeconomic trends regulatory developments and competitive market conditions; proactively adjust risk and pricing strategies to mitigate exposure and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Oversee the selection implementation and optimization of third-party data sources fraud tools and decisioning technologies to strengthen underwriting accuracy and fraud controls.
- Establish pricing strategy and governance ensuring alignment with risk segmentation capital costs and profitability objectives while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Partner cross-functionally with Data Science Product Technology Finance Compliance Legal and Capital Markets teams to translate strategic risk initiatives into scalable operational solutions.
- Present risk strategy portfolio performance and key initiatives to Executive Leadership investors warehouse lenders rating agencies and bank partners; secure approvals for material strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Compliance to ensure requirements are met for all applicable federal and state regulations governing credit underwriting pricing fair lending fraud prevention and consumer protection.
- Provide oversight of automation and decisioning enhancements ensuring risk systems and models are implemented effectively and responsibly into production environments.
- Own departmental budget planning resource allocation vendor oversight and cost management initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Build lead and develop a high-performing risk organization; establish succession planning performance standards and a culture of accountability innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish governance structures reporting standards and internal controls to ensure transparency audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

- Bachelors in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics Data Science Statistics Economics Finance etc.). Masters degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in credit risk management; 5 years of experience working in consumer unsecured lending.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience leveraging large and complex datasets for driving business decisions.
- Expertise in credit underwriting fraud and pricing strategies
- Experience with 3rd party data/tools
- Thorough understanding of competitive environment and recent developments
- Demonstrated skill and experience with SQL Python / R Tableau Excel and PowerPoint.
