The Opportunity:
Based in our East Perth office this full-time 6-month maximum term role offers an immediate start and the chance to step into a trusted customer facing position within our Depository team. Youll be supporting clients whove made significant investments in precious metals - people who value clarity confidence and knowing theyre in safe hands.
Youll build real expertise in the precious metals market learn how high value transactions are managed and gain exposure to regulated financial processes that strengthen your skill set and career. Every day youll know the work youre doing has impact - helping clients feel informed supported and secure in their decisions.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structure likes learning how things work properly and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
About You:
Youre calm on the phone clear in your communication and naturally organised. You notice the details follow processes carefully and feel satisfied knowing things are accurate and compliant. Youre comfortable with admin systems and juggling priorities - but you also enjoy being part of a team that supports each other and does meaningful work.
