Position Summary:
- Responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities programs and initiatives creating a space for associates to gather and belong
- Manage the onboarding of associates and review all employment contracts
- Be a part of something bigger by assisting with the facilitation of new associates orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
- Assist in interviewing candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process
- Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
- Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team inviting welcoming and connecting with each associate
- Plan organise and execute TakeCare events and activities creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
- Assist with creating the hotels talent acquisition strategy networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
- Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
- Assist with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time focusing on attention to detail
- Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.

- Strong knowledge in employment law
