Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in Marysville MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within their home.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
