Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking aDigital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lincoln Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential duties:

• Develop and execute digital communications across the Frontier Connect App email website and social media platforms.
• Manage Frontiers social media presence including content creation scheduling engagement and performance tracking.
• Maintain and optimize website content to ensure accuracy usability and strong user experience leveraging emerging AI tools where appropriate.
• Capture produce and manage photo and video content that showcases Frontiers people farmers and community impact.
• Plan write design and distribute Frontiers digital and printed newsletters.
• Create branded marketing materials (digital and print) in alignment with company standards and messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects on time and within brand guidelines.
• Support events special projects and seasonal initiatives to enhance our farmer-owner experience.

Job skills and requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital MediaGraphicDesignorrelatedfield.

• Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with email marketing tools and content management systems preferred

• Basic photo and video capture/editing skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
