Position Overview

Virtual Technologies Group isseekinga highly organized and proactiveInventory & LogisticsCoordinator to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of inventorymanagement in our Holland MI office. This role is critical in ensuring that goods are received accounted for and dispatched with precision. You willbe responsible formaintainingsecureand efficientwarehouse and officestorage areas balancing the demands of B2B orders and service tickets.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented hands-on professional who can navigate the complexities of inventory serialization and space optimization.

Day-To-Day Duties andResponsibilities

• Operational Oversight:Manage receiving storage and distribution in strict compliance with company policies.
• Organization and Cleanliness:Keeping all warehouse areas in a well-organized and clean environment. This includes disposal of all trash and unused packing materials.
• Inventory & Serialization:Maintain100% inventory accuracy through monthly checks and rigorous serialization processes
• Logistics Management:Process orders for B2B clients and service tickets ensuring products are prepped labeled and shipped promptly.
• Equipment Staging & Kitting:Stage kit and prepare equipment for deployment ensuring accuracycompletenessand readiness prior to shipment.
• E-Rate & Regulated Inventory Controls:Maintainstrict chain of custodyinventory segregation and documentationstandardsfor E-rate eligibleand government-funded equipment
• Facility Optimization:Design and implementinventorylayouts to maximize spaceutilizationand improve workflow efficiencyin our warehouse and office storage areas.
• Safety & Compliance:Enforce health safety and hygiene standards; regularly inspect equipment and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
• Vendor & Client Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for transport companies suppliers and clientsregardingdelivery status and service quality.
• Documentation:Utilizedata storage systems to reconcile physical counts andmonitorinventorylevels.
• Audit Support:Assistwith internal and external audits as neededbymaintainingaccurateinventory records shipment logs and serial number documentation.
• Travel as Needed:VTG operates severaloffices in theHolland MI Freeland MI and Toledo OH time to time travel may berequiredto deliver and manage inventory at ourvariousoffice locations.

MinimumQualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations shipping/receiving or inventory management.

• Experience handling serialized high-value or regulated inventory preferred

• Ability to travelas neededbetweenVTGs office locationsin Michigan and northwest Ohioto deliverand manageinventory.

• Strong computer skills includingMicrosoft Outlook TeamsWordand Excel; ability to learn new IT packages quickly.

• Strongattention to detailandability tomaintainaudit-ready inventory records

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or equipment issues.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills to deliver feedback and coordinate with diverse teams.

• Valid drivers license clean driving record and ability to safely transport equipment.

• Physical requirements include:

• the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• lifting carryingpushingand pullinginventory items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• the abilityto bend twist squat kneeland reachto access inventory stored at various heights

• ability to work in warehouse environments that may include temperature variations dust and confined storage spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previousexperience withConnectWise or similar ticketing system

• Previousexperience withNetSuiteor similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Demonstrated ability to implement new operational initiatives or gate processes.

• Strong numerical skills for data reconciliation and inventory forecasting.
