Were expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
In this role you will work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model youll provide tailored coaching advocacy and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
