Smartlane is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Business Analyst who can effectively lead and manage software development initiatives from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Lead requirement discovery sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate with developers designers and QA teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Create BRDs SRS user stories workflows and process documentation
- Conduct UAT sessions and ensure successful project handover
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA Trello or similar project management tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Fintech payments lending digital wallets or financial systems
