About the Role
We are currently hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a premium automotive & digital services project.
In this role you will provide high-quality customer support and ensure a smooth professional customer experience across all communication channels.
Although the role is fully remote a Portugal-based contract will be provided. For selected remote projects (including Automotive Digital Services Danish) a relocation package to Portugal may also be offered.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish

Provide clear accurate and timely solutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex or unresolved cases when necessary
-
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Candidate Profile

Native or near-native Danish (C1/C2)
-
Good English for internal communication
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
-
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Previous customer support experience is a plus
