Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a well established manufacturing company based in Klang. As they are expanding they are looking for Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Evaluate and develop new markets and industries
- Define go-to-market strategies pricing logic and sales approach
- Challenge assumptions and propose data-backed alternatives
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit train and manage a sales team
- Coach salespeople especially those new to the industry
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
Sales Structure & Execution
- Build sales processes pipeline management and review cadence
- Define basic KPIs and performance tracking
- Ensure disciplined execution once strategy is agreed
Management Reporting
- Provide clear updates on performance risks and opportunities
- Flag market and customer issues early

Job requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any equivalent field.
Minimum 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
Candidate must be willing to work on Saturday.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Saturday 8am - 1pm
