Job Summary

Client Background:
We are representing a leading precision engineering and professional tooling services provider in Malaysia. They specialise in precision tooling and die-set design/refurbishment CNC machining fabrication and general machining and custom engineering solutions and rapid prototyping.

Job Description:

Prepare work schedules and assign workers to production line tasks.
Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly.
Optimise production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner.
Perform recordkeeping tasks including tool inventory and order tracking.
Train and supervise new production line workers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
Maintain fully operational safe and tidy work environment.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

SKM/Diploma/Certificate
5 years of experience in the production line.
Experienced with programming MasterCam HyperMill Cimatron or SurfMil for CNC.
Having experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
Proficiency in computers and office software.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Additional Information:

Working hours: 8am-6pm (Day shift) 8pm-6pm (night shift) 2-week rotation
Meal allowance provided
Attendance Allowance (No lateness/MC/Unpaid leaves)
OT Allowance provided
