About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international service team based in this role you will deliver high-quality customer assistance across multiple channels while representing a globally recognized brand. This is a relocation opportunity for EU citizens or candidates holding a valid Greek work permit.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat in German

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Document interactions accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution

Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards
Requirements

Native or near-native German (C1/C2)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Greece

EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software
