As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative you will be part of a customer-centric operation supporting users across European markets. The role is based on-site in Greece and requires full relocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer requests in Dutch through multiple communication channels

  • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions

  • Maintain detailed case documentation

  • Meet service quality and productivity KPIs

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)

  • English at B2 level or higher

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece

Qualifications

  • Customer support or service experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
