Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC plumbing fire alarm drainage and related MEP systems.
- Develop layout drawings sectional details schematics riser diagrams and coordination drawings in line with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers project managers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and clash-free integration of MEP services.
- Review project specifications BOQs and design documents to ensure compliance in drafting outputs.
- Incorporate consultant comments site modifications and client requirements into updated drawings.
- Participate in coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical and design issues.
- Maintain proper documentation revision control and drawing records as per company and project standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full-spectrum mechanical drafting including HVAC plumbing fire alarm drainage and related MEP systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of MEP standards codes and industry best practices.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability required.
