General responsibilities | Medical Strategy - Develop medical strategy and drive timely execution of key medical activities of the highest quality for relevant therapeutic areas
- Work closely with cross-functional leads to support therapeutic area brand plans and ensure excellent and timely execution of key tactics
Scientific Communication & Insight Collection - Develop a scientific communication plan and drive meaningful communication with HCPs to support and deepen their understanding on clinical management landscape for relevant therapeutic areas
- Develop and implement avenues to derive feedback from key experts (i.e. advisory boards scientific consultations) and proper documentation and dissemination of these engagements
Medical Education & Trainings - Provide platforms to educate HCPs on new/ emerging clinical data about the appropriate use of DKSH products
- Responsible for execution of medical affairs activities and review of promotional material and package inserts
- Keep abreast of latest medical / scientific update and conduct medical-scientific training to the sales force
- Provide medical and scientific support through activities such as advisory board meetings Continuing Medical Education speaker development Key Opinion Leader engagement etc.
Medical Information Safety Reporting & Compliance - Support medical information enquiry processing and safety reporting
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and company policies and treatment guidelines
