Senior Stock Plan Administrator
We are seeking a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of domestic and international equity plans. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of stock plan activities and involves direct interaction with executives and Board members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer global equity incentive and ESPP plans
- Collaborate with accounting tax payroll and legal teams
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international reporting requirements
- Manage Insider Trading Policy trading windows and 10b5-1 programs
- Process RSU/PSU grants and releases
- Handle SEC filings (Forms 3 4 5) and DWAC reports
- Liaise with brokerage firms and transfer agents
- Partner with Payroll on taxation and reconciliations
- Support Finance with stock-based compensation accounting and audits
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide training
Qualifications:
- 7 years of stock administration experience with a publicly traded company
- Experience with performance-based grants and international stock plans
- Strong Excel skills (vLookup macros) and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting is a plus

San Jose CA or Kirkland WA
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120000 - $170000 (based on experience and location)
