Purpose
This role is responsible for managing and producing proposal submissions ensuring they are timely compliant and professionally delivered. The position oversees the end-to-end proposal process coordinating inputs from Sales Product Delivery Solution Architects Finance Legal and other contributors. It maintains schedules trackers and version control ensures adherence to bid governance templates and requirements and organizes internal review cycles to consolidate updates into high-quality drafts.
The role also involves hands-on proposal writing and documentation including preparing templates refining key proposal sections developing value propositions and delivery approaches and editing technical inputs into clear customer-focused narrative. It ensures consistent tone structure and messaging across submissions and prepares supporting materials such as annexes checklists declarations and compliance matrices. The position additionally maintains a library of reusable content and assists with pre-bid activities such as RFIs formatting tasks and presentation materials while ensuring confidentiality of tender documents.
Candidates should have 37 years of experience in proposal management proposal writing or bid coordination ideally in technology or system integration. Strong writing editing formatting and document-structuring skills are essential along with good knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements. The role requires excellent organization attention to detail the ability to manage multiple deadlines and proficiency in Microsoft Office PDF tools and version control practices. Experience in biometrics public security airport or border technology or travel & transport is an advantage. Strong communication skills ability to work independently with remote teams and additional Asian language proficiency are also beneficial.
