What youll do:

Helping to support smooth and efficient customer operations across our commercial and supply chain processes youll be responsible for managing customer orders providing firstline support and maintaining accurate customer and product data.

Youll also handle customer questions resolve issues coordinate with internal teams support contract renewals and ensure all orderrelated activities are processed accurately and on time.

You excel at communication remain calm under pressure and ensure accuracy even in a dynamic environment.

Youll also need:

Experience in customer service sales support logistics coordination or order management
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Comfort working in a matrixed environment with multiple internal stakeholders
