Job Summary
Our client is currently expanding its team on the Spanish coast and are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and creating positive experiences every day.

About the role
In this position youll be working directly with customers across multiple channels such as phone email and chat. Your main focus will be to understand each individuals situation provide the right support and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience. You will manage customer relationships handle cases in internal systems track and improve your performance collaborate with teams and help enhance the overall customer experience.
Who were looking for
We believe you:
Speak and write Norwegian fluently and have a good level of English
Have some experience in customer-facing roles such as support or sales
Have experience working in CRM or similar systems
