Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Proofread (English & French) marketing and commercial materials to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team as needed
Coordinate marketing projects according to established timelines tracking milestones and deliverables
Support the establishment and maintenance of governance processes for Cardio Renal Metabolic ways of working
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. marketing medical regulatory operations) to support launch readiness and/or product lifecycle
Essential Requirements:
Education:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing Business Life Sciences Data/Analytics or a related field.
Analytical capability:Comfortable working with data (e.g. Excel) interpreting insights and applying them to segmentation targeting and campaign decisions.
Communication skills:Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication.
Project organization:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
Digital/AI mindset:Interest in AI-enabled marketing and digital tools
