Job Summary
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.
Sev1Tech is looking for a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager - Intermediate supporting the ALTESS Windows team in a mixed and growing environment currently supporting functional teams and customers that utilize MS Windows server 2019/2022 MS SQL 2019 MS Windows 11 VMWare 8x-9x and Oracle Operating systems.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects System Administrators System Engineers and Technical Project Managers who implement manage and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA) Addendums and cost estimates prepared for customer projects
- Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise
Minimum Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business related scientific or technical discipline
- Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E)
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or DAWIA Level III in Program Management)
- Position requires the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects
