About the role:
This is a full-time remote position for a high-volume Recruiter. You will play a crucial role in our mission by handling the initial stages of caregiver recruitment including screening administrative tasks and pipeline management. This role is perfect for a process-driven professional who is comfortable with repetitive tasks and has a strong sense of empathy and judgment. Your work will directly enable our local team to focus on critical interviews and hiring decisions ensuring we can meet the growing demand for our in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-volume candidate screening: Conduct 10-15 minute phone screens with approximately 100 caregiver candidates per week to confirm interest availability and fit.
- Pipeline and posting management: Manage job postings on Indeed monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure candidate stages and daily notes are accurate.
- Administrative support: Send templated emails and SMS updates to candidates coordinate interview scheduling to reduce no-shows and prepare simple status reports.
- Data tracking: Track key weekly recruiting metrics including total applicants screens completed pass-through rates offers and starts.
- Quality assurance: Evaluate whether you would trust a candidate to care for a loved one in their home and advance only qualified candidates to the next stage.
- Checklist adherence: Maintain clean records and follow documented checklists for repetitive tasks to ensure speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Accent-neutral English and excellent phone presence.
- Strong critical thinking and judgment especially regarding a candidates fit for in-home care.
- High empathy and professionalism when interacting with candidates.
- Reliable internet a quiet workspace and the ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- Comfortable with repetitive process-driven work and daily checklists.
Preferred:
- Preference for Latin America talent especially from Colombia.
- Proven experience recruiting hourly or caregiving staff.
- Familiarity with Indeed best practices for high-volume roles.
