Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Office (PMO) Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce project management standards frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
Lead portfolio governance project prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
Monitor project performance metrics budgets risks and dependencies.
Partner with leadership to align projects with business strategy and value delivery.
Provide training mentorship and support to project and program managers.
Drive resource management capacity planning and project pipeline visibility.

Consistently demonstrates improved delivery effectiveness.
Delivery on internal and external product stakeholders expectations.
Highly collaborative and works well with project team members others within the IT group and members of the entire Arbella organization.

Provides accurate fair and balanced assessments of team members.
Exhibits appropriate behavior and skills leading by example.
Demonstrates clear effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
Stays abreast of changes in project management and quality assurance best practices and current industry trends introducing these ideas to Arbella when appropriate.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience inproject/portfolio management tools(e.g. MS Project Jira SmartSheet).
Deep understanding ofAgile Waterfall and Hybriddelivery models. Familiarity withdata visualizationtools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for reporting KPIs.
Exposure tocompliance risk and audit processesis an advantage.
Training Education Special Skills Required:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in project management with 3 years in leadership roles
Strong facilitation presentation influencing and relationship management skills.
PMP PMI-ACP or ScrumMaster certification preferred.
Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary wage range for this position is approximately $140000 - $160000 based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant skills and experience educational background and certifications performance and qualifications market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
