The Team
The Okanagan West Kootenay Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) teams operate in vibrant growing communities with a deep commitment to collaboration and innovation. Working across multiple locations our clinicians are part of a broad network of professionals supporting children youth and families through a full spectrum of mental health services. We value inclusive practice strong community partnerships and ongoing learning and we strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and clients.
The Role
As a CYMH Clinician youll support the mental wellness of children youth and families through direct clinical services such as intake assessment treatment suicide risk assessment safety planning and crisis intervention for ages 018. Working flexibly across homes schools communities and offices youll collaborate with professionals including educators healthcare providers Indigenous service organizations and community agencies to deliver holistic care. This role is ideal for those who value meaningful client relationships teamwork and lifelong learning. About this Position:
