Key Accountabilities:
Understand and comply with bank policy laws regulations and the banks BSA/AML Program as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls as required. Report any known violations of compliance policy laws or regulations. Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity. If applicable ensure direct reports meet the above requirements and take action to address employee performance issues
Effectively apply Management practices in planning and overseeing the work of the staff in the Collection Administration and Recovery Departments.
(Coll. Admin) Administer the Service Members Civil Relief Act to achieve the highest levels of compliance with federal law and customer satisfaction as appropriate to your role.
(Recovery) Compile develop and distribute recall and credit balance reports to collection agencies and managers on a monthly basis
Assist manager with day to day coaching feedback reporting performance evaluation and assignment of work priorities/workloads for the Collection Administration and Recovery staff.
Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of Laws applicable to your role including but not limited to; FDCPA Bankruptcy Pre-Legal matters Deceased Deceased Fraud SCRA Divorce and Recovery Department functions.
Work collaboratively with external vendors bank managers and assigned customer to provide customer service and answer questions regarding status of collection efforts on Bankruptcy Pre-Legal Deceased Deceased Fraud and Recovery Department agency functions as warranted.
Ensure that your staff investigates all collections leads in an effort to file claims in a timely manner. Monitor and ensure daily workflow is being completed as necessary to ensure that correspondence claims on Deceased bankrupt and assignment of accounts to agencies for collection of deceased bad debt and litigation on existing pre-legal accounts and bankruptcy abuse matters are processed in a timely fashion.

Knowledge Skills Experience and Education:
Required:
High School diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or management experience.
A minimum of 1-2 years of Collection experience
Ability to prioritize and complete workloads with overlapping timelines of completion
Desired:
Preferred Skills and Abilities (desired not required):
Knowledge of the First Work TBS RMS ICE E-Gain First Impression.
Excellent PC skills desired
Ability to Coach/Lead/Motivate others is a must-have requirement
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $41116.00-$65787.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.
