Description of Work
Perform various administration duties in the Wilmington District Office.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Performs a variety of office assistant tasks in support of administrative program or technical operations. Functions include a diversity of records reports and filing activities public contact answering telephone directing calls to appropriate person and taking messages. Good communication skills are necessary. Position will process payroll inventory purchase orders and accounts payable through SAP; personnel and other office duties such as typing correspondence filing and handling of incoming and outgoing mail. Must have knowledge and use of office equipment and related computer technology (Microsoft Windows Excel Access PowerPoint and SAP). Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated.
Position requires work during adverse weather such as snow and/or ice tornadoes hurricanes etc. which can lead to working extended daily hours weekends and holidays. ***Applicants with SAP R/3 experience will be given preference.*** May require work during non-traditional work hours including nights weekends holidays and times of emergency.
Salary Grade: NC08 / Salary Range: $37782 - $66120
