- Starting salary range determined by formula accounting for years of directly related experience: $28.00 per hour base rate ($52700.00 per year) to $35.00 per hour ($65900.00 per year) for 10 years of experience in the same job.
- Hourly position paid bi-weekly
- Full-time (36.25 hours) employees:
- One week of paid vacation and one year of sick day accrual immediately allocated upon hire.
- 3 personal days provided per year prorated with employee start date.
- Starting vacation accrual of 3 weeks per year.
- Sick time accrued at 15 days per year after first year of employment with an unlimited accrual.

Spanish Speaking Developmental Disabilities Case Manager (Service & Support Administrator)
This position will translate material and communication from/to English to/from Spanish as needed for a primarily Spanish-speaking caseload in addition to acting as the primary service coordinator for support services. A typical day in the life of a Service & Support Administrator includes being out in the field meeting with individuals on your caseload. You might meet at their home a coffee shop one of our offices or wherever the individual is most comfortable. You will also be making phone calls from the iPhone we provide and attending Zoom meetings with others on your team or service providers organizing resources for your individuals served. You will enter case notes and update planning documents on the laptop we provide. You may be organizing and communicating from home part of your day and out in the field meeting with people in other parts of your day. You may stop in our offices to grab supplies or work for an hour in between appointments. Your goal is to support your assigned individuals in living their best lives!

Job Duties (Summary):
- Facilitates individual and family service plan development assigning responsibilities among team members and coordinating goal implementation.
- Assists in identifying selecting and obtaining/maintaining services support and benefits (such as funding housing and educational services); serves as the primary contact for assigned individuals and families.
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation adherence to regulatory requirements with supervisory support.
- Monitors individual plans for compliance and service quality communicating rights to individuals.
- Prepares case notes reports evaluations and summaries while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborates with staff to problem-solve identify resources and address service gaps.
- Complies with relevant state and local guidelines for reporting abuse neglect and incidents.
- Attends meetings and conferences for best practices participating in relevant division agency local and state meetings.
- Translates English to Spanish and vice versa for required meetings forms and documentation.
- Maintains required licenses and certifications.
- Travels for service planning and monitoring in line with agency procedures.
Requirements (Education Experience Licensure Certification):
- Bachelorsdegree required a degree in psychology special education human services or related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate (speak and write fluently) in Spanish and English is required.
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a vocational residential case management treatment program or equivalent preferred.
- Must beable to passcriminal background checks drivers abstract and various abuser registry checks.
Unusual Working Conditions:
Service and Support Administrators are required to drive extensively within Hamilton County to perform their access to reliable transportation is a necessity and an essential function of this meetings will be held in individual/family homes and throughout the community.
Start Date:
Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services hires Service and Support Administrators in groups. The next target date for onboarding will be April 23rd 2026. If you are interviewed and considered for this position you must be willing and able to begin working full-time for this agency on this date.
