In this roleyou will define and scale Kingfishers Group data monetisation proposition turning supplier and market demand into compelling revenuegenerating data at the intersection of data strategyproductand commercial executionyoullalign Group and Banner teams to prioritise propositions and deliver clear scalable roadmaps that support 2026 the focus is on scaling Kingfishers proprietary performance and customer insight platform with scope expanding intoadditionalmonetisation levers.
Whats the job
- Define and own the Group Data Monetisation visionstrategyand product portfolio.
- Develop commercial models pricingframeworksand success measures for data products.
- Translate supplier and market demand into clear propositions and product requirements
- Partner with Data Tech Legal and banner teams to build prioritised delivery roadmaps
- Ensure propositions are scalable privacysafe and compliant across multiple and compliant across multiple markets.
- Equip banners with go-to-market assets and support supplier engagement.
- Lead Data Monetisation communities to share best practice and drive performance
What youll bring
- Senior experience building and scaling datadriven commercial propositions in retail ecommerce or digital platforms
- Proven end-to-end ownership of data products from strategy through launch and performance
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing monetisationmodelsand P&L oversight
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading crossfunctional deliveryfunctional delivery
- Strategic outcomefocused communicator comfortable inambiguity
