We are currently searching for a Functional Test Lead:
Responsibilities
- Define and generate functional testing strategies tailored to complex financial systems.
- Lead the analysis and design of test cases ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
- Oversee test execution and provide effective defect management (findings management) until resolution.
- Identify and manage project risks implementing mitigation plans to ensure delivery timelines.
- Execute automated test scripts and collaborate with automation teams to enhance testing efficiency.
- Perform data validation using specialized tools for file analysis and database verification.
- Collaborate in Agile environments ensuring testing standards are met within sprint cycles.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in testing with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Strong expertise in functional testing including White Box and Black Box methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Financial Markets operations (Equities Money Markets Investment Funds Derivatives).
- Intermediate proficiency in JIRA and XRay for test management.
- Basic programming knowledge and experience with Database management (SQL).
- Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities through self-management.
Desired:
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level).
- Experience in Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing (Performance Security).
Languages
- Intermediate Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
