Work Location: On-site (Sterling IL Main Building)
Shift: 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure efficient production.
Perform equipment setup maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
Assist with machinery operation as needed to support production flow.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records and documentation.
Maintain communication between shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
Reassign team members as needed to meet production demands or cover absences.
Inspect materials products and machinery to ensure quality standards are met.
Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Guide the team in interpreting processes and policies to ensure compliance and improve performance.
Assist with data collection and reporting on production metrics.
Follow all Safety Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Strong comprehension of complex blueprints and the ability to apply them in a practical setting. Troubleshooting

Experience:

Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

Provide leadership coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
