As the Senior Group Director of Marketing & Sales you will hold enterpriselevel responsibility for defining leading and delivering AVASKs global marketing and sales strategy across all jurisdictions. This position is a critical Executive Leadership Team role accountable for accelerating revenue growth strengthening market positioning and driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of international services.
This role requires a leader with a strong background in technology demonstrable expertise in digitalfirst environments and proven seniorlevel experience within the professional consultancy or technologyenabled services industry. You will shape AVASKs gotomarket framework commercial pipeline brand strategy and customer value proposition ensuring the organisation maintains a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving techdriven services landscape.
You will lead highperforming marketing sales and business development teams ensuring tight alignment between brand demand generation revenue performance and client engagement. Operating with significant autonomy you will influence at Board and Csuite level bringing strategic vision commercial acumen and technologyled innovation to the forefront of AVASKs growth agenda

Strategic Marketing and Sales Leadership
Define and Execute Integrated Strategy: set the vision and lead the development and delivery of a cohesive group-wide marketing and sales strategy that supports AVASKs growth objectives and positions the business as a market leader.
Own Brand and Market Positioning: shape protect and evolve AVASKs corporate brand and value proposition ensuring consistency clarity and impact across all marketing sales and customer touchpoints.
Drive Market Intelligence and Growth Opportunities: lead market research customer insight and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making identifying emerging trends target sectors and new revenue opportunities.
Ensure ROI and Commercial Impact: oversee investment across marketing and sales activities ensuring campaigns lead generation pipeline development and conversion activity deliver clear measurable returns.
Sales and Business Development Excellence
Lead Sales Performance and Pipeline Growth: provide strategic leadership across sales and business development functions ensuring robust pipeline management effective conversion and achievement of revenue targets.
Influence Strategic Deals and Client Engagement: play an active role in high-value and strategically significant opportunities including senior-level client engagement proposal development and commercial negotiations.
Build Organisational Sales Capability: identify capability gaps across sales and business development and partner with HR to implement training tools and frameworks that enhance performance and consistency.
Embed Continuous Improvement: establish refine and optimise marketing and sales processes systems and ways of working to drive efficiency scalability and sustainable growth.
Enterprise and CrossFunctional Collaboration
Align Marketing Sales and Operations: foster strong collaboration across marketing sales operations and service delivery to ensure seamless customer journeys and aligned execution.

Senior Group Director for Marketing & Sales the person
Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline or equivalent seniorlevel commercial experience.
Extensive senior leadership experience at Director or Group Director level with responsibility for integrated marketing sales and commercial strategy.
Background in technology with proven experience applying digital and techenabled solutions to transform marketing sales or clientfacing services.
Essential experience within the services industry (ecommerce consultancy professional services technologyenabled services) with strong understanding of servicebased commercial models and enterprise customer cycles.
Demonstrable track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic leadership of gotomarket activity demand generation pipeline growth and conversion.
Extensive experience leading mentoring and developing senior sales and marketing leaders and teams fostering high performance accountability and succession planning.
Strong commercial and client orientation with the credibility and confidence to influence negotiate and build longterm relationships with senior internal stakeholders Board members and Csuite clients.
Highly accomplished in developing and delivering executivelevel presentations commercial propositions and value narratives that address complex client and business challenges.
Expertise in defining and governing integrated sales and marketing plans including ownership of strategy revenue targets budgets forecasting and performance metrics.
Proven ability to leverage brand strategy communications media and thought leadership to support sales objectives pipeline development and corporate reputation.
Sound commercial judgement with the ability to make highimpact decisions under pressure balancing risk opportunity and longterm value creation.

Communications experience within sectors such as Internet technology retail and/or transportation with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
