Job Summary

About the Role

The school is seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3KS5 in maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement. You will work closely with the pastoral team teaching staff and senior leadership to provide targeted intervention for pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships with students implement behaviour strategies and support pupils both within lessons and through structured interventions outside the classroom. You will play a vital role in promoting a calm purposeful learning environment across the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion and student wellbeing particularly those considering a future career in teaching educational psychology or pastoral leadership.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to remain calm consistent and professional in challenging situations
A proactive and solution-focused approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
Legal right to work in the UK
