Job Summary
As a Senior Manager you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to GB energy network clients helping them identify design and deliver smart grid and network transformation solutions
Scope and lead innovative projects working closely with Sias Data and AI experts
Play a key role in the UK & Ireland Energy & Utilities leadership team driving business development and go-to-market strategy
Leverage and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across network companies and regulators
Collaborate with colleagues across France Belgium the Netherlands North America and Australia to deliver an integrated global offering
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates with:
Deep sector expertise and strong knowledge of GB energy networks
8 years experience in a management or engineering consultancy within the utilities sector
Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams
Strong commercial acumen and a track record in business development
Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
A collaborative people-oriented approach working effectively at all levels
A strong ambassador for the Sia brand and values
