We are looking for a Depot Administrative to support daily operations at depot level ensuring proper incident management and accurate administrative processes. This role is key to maintaining service quality standards and supporting the operational and incident teams with timely and well-structured information.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Ensure proper processing of parcels with incidents following established standards and procedures.
Track and monitor parcels to guarantee correct classification and storage.
Resolve return parcel incidents efficiently and in coordination with relevant teams.
Manage the incident tools (email and JIRA) ensuring accurate and complete registration of information.
Keep all records updated and maintain data accuracy at all times.
Support team members in the correct use of incident management tools when required.
Identify and report any technical issues related to the incident management systems.
Digitalise and organise generated documentation.
Upload and correctly label documents in shared folders ensuring accessibility and traceability.
Maintain an organised filing system and conduct periodic reviews to ensure documentation is up to date.
Provide general administrative support to the incident team.
